Po diagnostice probl\u00e9mu nast\u00e1v\u00e1 f\u00e1ze hled\u00e1n\u00ed kvalitn\u00edho fyzioterapeuta, kter\u00fd v\u00e1s spr\u00e1vn\u011b rozh\u00fdbe a uk\u00e1\u017ee v\u00e1m, jak se sebou m\u016f\u017eete pracovat i sami v dom\u00e1c\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u00e1s bude pravideln\u011b kontrolovat, rozh\u00fdb\u00e1vat, u\u010dit v\u00e1s cviky a podobn\u011b. No a pak ji\u017e zb\u00fdv\u00e1 jen tr\u00e9nink, tr\u00e9nink a zase tr\u00e9nink.
